STYLE
It’s that time of year again and guess who’s finally outside (responsibly)? ME! I’ve finally been able to stretch my toes after having to squeeze them into rain and snow boots for the past few months. Looking into my closet, though, I realized that I needed to overhaul many things from my wardrobe, including summer shoes and sandals I just don’t or wouldn’t wear anymore.
I am no thrift Queen, but I do love a thrifted piece or two and unfortunately, I’ve been challenged to save money in the last year so I have turned to thrifting to satisfy my urge to splurge. There are so many great thrift and vintage boutiques in New York City, but my favorite place to shop is the Salvation Army.
It’s very interesting how much quarantine has changed things, including my style. If you hadn’t noticed, I was never a huge wearer of jewelry. My style is quite simple when it comes to wearing adornments of any kind.

THE QUARANTINE SERIES
Summer is officially here (well, in a couple days depending on when you’re reading this), and as I’ve emphasized before, your girl is outside! Outside and wearing just about every single piece of spring/summer clothing in my wardrobe, including these fabulous pants I picked up from the Something by Sonjia x Monroe Steele Wanderlust Collection that launched in April.
