general terms

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

• The Artist has the right to reject any order for any reason.

payment

• Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal.  

• A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the selling price is required before the Artist will start the project. The remaining amount is due upon completion and approval of the work.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

• The client will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Please coordinate with the Artist ahead of time to discuss delivery options.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• I, Nia Imani (the Artist):

  • Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms.

  • Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in a portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
